Moped Tyres, Tubes and Rim Tape lowest prices

Lowest Prices vs quality Moped Tyres?

Many millions of mopeds were sold worldwide yet the variety of different tyres is vast. Mopeds were always designed as cheap economical modes of transport so tyres rare often overlooked. This said it is surprising how low moped tyre sales are in the UK. Probably due to large variety of wheels and the number of older vehicles that even when restored do not gain a new set of tyres!

At Classic Moped Spares there is a wide range of tyres to suit most budgets. You can also order online www.classicmopedspares.com and if you want inner tubes or rim tape to match your order will include these in the shipping cost.

You can buy a low price tyre with high quality . A good example is the Continental range of tyres. The Company has been manufacturing so many years and is known as a leading brand worldwide. They have so far kept tyre prices fixed for the past couple of years, but there is a price increase in the Uk from February 2015. Whilst stocks last at Classic Moped Spares the intention is to try not to increase the price, but there may be an increase fairly soon.

There are other brands of tyres that are for sale so please click above and have a look for what you need.

When choosing the tyre you need it is always best to buy from a reputable company and look out for the following:-
  • Is the price reasonable. Please not sometimes cheapest is not always best.
  • Are the tyres new or have they been in stock
  • Is the size that you need correct. If not ask and help is available. Email classicmopedspares@hotmail.co.uk if you need help.
  • Can you fit the tyre or will you need someone else to do it for you. Do you need tyre levers or are the ones you have suitable?
  • Is the tyre fit for purpose?
  • And remember tyres do perish, old tyres can be hazardous.
I guess tyres on a bike are a bit like a pair of shoes. They need to fit and they need to offer protection! Fortunately a bike only needs one good pair!
