Difficult times at Classic Moped Spares
On the 6th April 2016 my mother sadly passed away after losing her fight with cancer. The past few weeks and months have been extremely hard and I appreciate all the support and help I have had from everyone, including Family, Friends, Customers and Carers, and in particular St Margaret's Hospice, Taunton.
Classic Moped Spares is a family business and it is difficult to separate business and personal circumstances at this time. Currently there may be a delay of up to 3-4 working days responding to queries and sometimes despatching goods, however it is also possible that your order may still go out on the same day.
We are not a large business such as Apple, Amazon, or Google, and have never intended to be. We are a small company in a very competitive market trying to offer items to help anyone restore a moped or classic motorcycle.
We value your custom and do hope that we will not lose you, but understand at this time our high service levels will be hard to maintain.
Do not be sad there are a lot of things to look forward to:-
- New products and services arriving
- Existing items being continued for sale, or being improved
- Stock being sorted and a new system being put in place to improve our services further
